We encourage all our members to stay fit and healthy all Year round while doing our Mums Group Fitness Program but we also understand that sometimes you need a little extra to achieve your individual weight loss, or health and fitness goals, so our Spring Challenge is the perfect way to do this, together with our guidance and support you will get in the best shape of your life over the 10 Week Challenge.
We work with you one on one to help you find what works for you and your family and teach you tools to incorporate into your daily life without feeling like you’re on a restrictive diet but to also help encourage the rest of the family to eat better.
We also believe that its not only good nutrition that keeps you healthy, but a healthy mind too. Its important to have a good relationship with your food & understanding of what and how much to consume for better health. Teaming that up with our amazing Mums Group Fitness Program that will inspire, challenge and encourage you to be a better version of yourself, will make you a stronger and healthier Mumma from the inside out. We believe that health and fitness is a whole package. Our past Challengers have proven that with small adjustments and our Mums Program that you can achieve some great results and guess what? You can still enjoy life too!
