Moroccan Lamb Mountain bread pizzas

I use Left over lamb from souvlaki and turn them into Turkish lamb pizzas!! It’s amazing that you can change the flavours of one meal and make it a completely different meal using almost the same ingredients again the next night just by adding a few spices. I dice the slab of left over lamb souvlaki like a mince then put a lil olive oil in a pan, to heat the meat up, I then add paprika, cumin, cinnamon, garam Marsala, turmeric spices and stir to coat all the meat.

To make the pizzas we use left over wraps as a pizza base. I used mountain bread for mine (a little healthier) and normal wraps for the rest of the family. Add then add your fav toppings.. easy done!! I’ve got red onion, grated zucchini, cheese, coriander, left over Yoghurt dip on mine. I had a some Roasted Veg quinoa salad left over, so I added that to give my meal more veggies.. The other pizza have the lamb mixture, red onion, capsicum, cheese and topped with yoghurt dip and coriander once cooked. Pine nuts would be great on this too!!
